    Purchase products online with our convenient order form. A sales representative will call back shortly to confirm your order and collect payment information.


    PAYMENT

    Orders can be confidentially prepaid  with Visa and mastercard. Cash on delivery can also be arranged.


    SHIPPING

    Orders within Canada subject to a $7 delivery. Add $4 for east coast addresses. Shipped with Canada Express Post (3-5 business days). Special order or backorder items may take up to 10 business days. A sales representative gives estimates on shipping times upon ordering.


    RETURNS

    All items will be returned and 100% credited if requested within 30 days of purchase and unopened. Special order items are non-refundable. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. In the case of an error, we will gladly return the package and cover all shipping costs.


    OFFLINE ORDERS

    Orders can be placed over the phone by calling 1-877-783-6111 (toll free). Fax orders to 604-325-9805. Order forms are available through your Total Clinic health practitioner.
